At Senior Villas, we have a simple mission - to offer an affordable and social retirement community for seniors who do not need an assisted or skilled nursing facility yet. We offer a variety of floorplans, ranging from $950-$1350 per month. Call today for availability!

How do I apply for an apartment?
We make it easy! No hidden fees.
At the Villas, we believe that senior citizens make the BEST residents! There is a $35 application fee to apply for an apartment, which includes a credit & criminal background check. All residents on the lease must be at least 60 years old, and show proof that their monthly income is at least double the rent of the unit. If approved, we require a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent, a $300 cleaning fee, and a $250 pet fee (if applicable).Call 850-455-3675 if you'd like to apply!
*We do not offer any assisted living, memory care, food, transportation, or medical services, and our units are not all ADA compliant. We are a private community, and do not offer rent assistance, but do accept HUD vouchers in some cases. If we do not have any vacancies when you call, you may be placed on our waiting list and we will call you when a unit becomes available!
